Yächtley Crëw (below) will kick off the summer series of concerts on July 3, bringing an acclaimed 1970s and 80s yacht rock sound that pays homage to groups like Steely Dan, Toto, Chicago, and Boz Skaggs. The band formed in 2017 and is known for wearing nautical attire on stage, and was once dubbed by the Las Vegas Review Journal as “a trend-setter, a movement, an ocean spray to the face during the torrid summer months.” They recently signed a record deal with Mailboat Records, the label of late singer Jimmy Buffett.
“We’re excited to welcome back Concerts on the Common this summer for year number fourteen” said Ryan Grande, TVA Chairman. “Our partnership with the concert series is an integral summer tradition that many locals as well as visitors look forward to, and, as always, the artists that will be included in this summer’s line up won’t disappoint.”
Founded in Venice, Calif., Dustbowl Revival are an eight-piece group that has been a staple on the Americana touring scene for years. Their performance in Teton Village is part of a nationwide summer tour, and the band has been praised by outlets such as Rolling Stone and Billboard over the course of its five studio albums. Dine-in and take-out food and drink is available from RPK3, Mangy Moose, Osteria, South Cable, Bodega, Handlebar, and Spur restaurants. One food truck a week will also be onsite from vendors such as Provisions, Sagebrush Grille, and Pinky G’s. Outside food and beverage are allowed, but glass and dogs are not allowed.
