Teton Village Association seeks a FACILITIES MANAGER to plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities, projects and operations of our Facilities Department. The Facilities Manager is responsible for all TVA Facilities Department services and activities including street and parking lot maintenance and construction, building and common areas landscaping, construction and maintenance.
The ideal applicant has eight years of increasingly responsible experience in facilities management, construction or a related field, including four years of supervisory responsibility. Candidates should possess management skills to analyze programs, policies and operational needs; and the ability to plan, organize, direct and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and sub-contractors.
