In a move to make it even easier to get to Teton Village without a car, the Teton Village Association (TVA) on Monday added four more shuttles from Stilson to Teton Village in the morning. Now, in addition to frequent START Bus service, Stilson Express shuttles carry passengers from Stilson to Teton Village every 15 minutes between 7:15 and 9:00 a.m., and later if needed.
All START Bus and Stilson Express shuttle service between Stilson and Teton Village is free to riders. In the afternoon, the Stilson Express shuttle leaves Teton Village every 30 minutes between 3:30 – 5:30pm.
Southern Teton Area Rapid Transit (START), the local public transportation system, runs 97 routes between Jackson and Teton Village daily. Teton Village Association and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are also partnering to provide an additional shuttle direct from Town to Teton Village during peak morning hours. Parking lot capacity in Teton Village is limited, and parking on Teton Village Roads is not allowed. Please help us protect the health and safety of guests, residents and employees, and do not park on Village Roads unless directed by parking staff. Vehicles parked without authorization will be towed.
In order to encourage employees and skiers to ride the bus to Teton Village, TVA is required to charge for winter parking as part of our transportation demand management program. Winter daily parking rates are $20 for the close-in parking lots and $10 for the Ranch lot. Peak parking pricing is in effect on weekends until March 17 to further encourage multiple occupancy vehicles, including transit: $30 for the close-in parking lots and $15 for the Ranch parking lot. Carpools with three or more passengers park free in the Ranch parking lot, and parking at Stilson is free. The money collected from paid parking in Teton Village supports efforts to reduce cars on our roads.
