Teton Village, WY – Teton Village Association (TVA) celebrates the Wyoming ingenuity and spirit of the West that came together to quickly restore power to Teton Village following the winter storm on Tuesday, February 7. We offer special thanks to Teton Village Fire District Chief Salava, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Lower Valley Energy, our own staff and so many others who pitched in. “Jackson Hole is once again the best place to ski in the West this week,” said TVA Executive Director Melissa Turley, “so come on out to Teton Village to ski, ride, shop, dine, relax and play.”
The lights are back on in Teton Village, businesses are reopening and the lifts will be spinning tomorrow, February 13th. The Four Seasons Jackson Hole, Inn at Jackson Hole and The Hostel are welcoming overnight guests in Teton Village today. All lodging, restaurants, shops and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will be open tomorrow. See below for a listing of Teton Village business openings. Teton Village Association will resume regular paid parking operations and the START Bus and Village Alltrans shuttles will return to their regular schedules on Monday, February 13th. This is the final week of TVA’s #STARTBus Challenge to encourage Teton Village guests and employees to get on the bus. Simply tag your #STARTBus photo on instagram for a chance to win free skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or two VIP tickets to the Zac Brown Band concert. The grand prize winner will be announced next week.
Join us in Teton Village for some great events this week. On Wednesday, February 15, the Spur Restaurant & Bar celebrates their grand reopening from 4-8pm, with proceeds to benefit the JH Ski & Snowboard Club. The Teton Village Association and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort have teamed up once again to host several free, family friendly après ski events February 18-20, starting with the Teton Raptor Center on Saturday, sledding in the Commons on Sunday and “Cats & Dogs” at the Kids Ranch on Monday.
