TVAC Applicant Checklist
The TVAC Applicant Checklist can be used to help navigate the TVAC approval process and all items on the list may not apply to a project. This checklist should be submitted in conjunction with a request to be included on a TVAC meeting agenda.
TVISD Construction Parking Permit
A permit for long-term street parking during construction must be approved prior to commencement of a project, and the property owner must agree to abide by the rules set forth in the Rules and Regulations of the Teton Village Improvement & Service District. A $2,500 deposit is required at the time of application.
There is no overnight parking on any Teton Village roads. The roads in the residential areas of Teton Village and Granite Ridge are narrow and any on-street parking is only allowed by SPECIAL PERMIT. Vehicles parked without a permit are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
TVISD Road Cut Permit
If a project requires roadway excavation or cuts, TVISD requires submission of a completed road cut permit and payment of the associated deposit before the work can be approved or performed.
TVISD Impact Permit
Depending on the size and scope of your project, a TVISD Impact Permit and deposit may be required to ensure safe travel on Village roads during work, as well as the repair and maintenance of the streets once the project is complete.
W&S Connection Application
A Connection Application must be submitted for review and approval by the TVWSD prior to making a water or sewer connection. With the completed application, please provide a set of plans which include location and type of all plumbing fixtures, service lines, water meters, and backflow preventers. A non-refundable application fee of $125 for a water connection and $125 for a sewer connection must also be included.
W&S Meter Purchase Agreement
A water meter purchase application and installation of a water meter and radio read transmitter are required to finalize connection to the TVWSD water system.
