NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Teton Village Water and Sewer District has accepted, as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules governing the same, the work performed under that contract dated May 15, 2020, between the Teton Village Water and Sewer District and Westwood Curtis Construction, Inc., the Contractor; that work under said contract, known as the 2020 McCollister Drive Sewer Main Replacement Project, is complete, and the Contractor is entitled to final payment. Notice is further given that subsequent to the forty-first (41st) day after the first publication of this notice (via the Jackson Hole News & Guide), to wit, September 22, 2020, the Teton Village Water and Sewer District will pay to said Contractor the full amount under the contract.
